I know, I know, I said I'd review The Foreigner this week as the Summer of Steven Seagal continues. Unfortunately, or fortunately, I was unable to get the movie in time. Therefore, I have to present to you, Out for Justice. Seagal plays Gino, a police officer with a checkered past who happens to be the best in the world. His partner is shot, and he spends the next 90 minutes trying to find and sci-fi movies kill horror movies the man responsible. That's... pretty much it.
